Hailed from a business family in India, Rajesh always had an inclination for business. He was involved with the Sales & Marketing and did his MBA from Nagpur University in India.
After coming to Canada in 2001, Rajesh joined Enbridge and within a period of 2 months was promoted to being the Sales Lead. He obtained the diplomas from Humber College for Sales & Marketing and spent years in Corporate sector working in Sales Department. He became a Mortgage Agent in 2004 and in 2008, he started his own Mortgage Brokerage, Mortgage Diligent. Since then he has been leading the company to greater heights with each passing year. Along with Mortgages, he dived into Real Estate in 2005 owing for his love of helping the people and become a part of their dreams turning into a reality. Besides owning a Mortgage Brokerage, he has worked as a Realtor for years. Being both an expert in mortgages and real estate, he has helped his clients always make an informed decision. His dedication and work ethics make him one of the sought-after persons for mortgages and real estate needs.
In 2019, He started a new venture in Real Estate and opened his own brokerage, Zivasa Realty. His vision is to make Zivasa the most valued real estate company Canada wide. He wishes to help his clients get the best of services in a seamless manner through the use of market intelligence. Apart from helping clients, Rajesh trains his team of realtors so that Zivasa clients receive highest level of services.
A motivator, a leader, Rajesh is a learner whose love for learning knows no bounds. He believes in expanding the horizons, exploring different paths and soaring the currency of your skills. You can still see him attending courses in the St George Campus. In 2019, he completed a PG Certification in Financial Trading and Options Strategies and in 2020 he’s graduated with PG Certification in Financial Analysis and Investment Management and pursuing professional courses from Harvard Business School Online and Wharton Online. When he is not busy working, you can find him enjoying movies, spending time with his family.
